Position Overview


Responsible for overseeing the coordination of talent management programs and processes for CRH Americas. This includes partnering internally with the HR Community, Global Talent team, and Americas leaders. Contributes to relevant talent management projects within the company, using independent judgment in performing daily responsibilities. Reports to Director, Talent Management and provides administrative support for the role as needed.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the administration of the CRH Americas assessment program including KF 360, DiSC, and other assessments (processing orders, managing chargebacks, maintaining certificate holder document) as requested by the business.  
  • Responsible for following up with the business on status reports and ensures that bills are paid and charged back to the appropriate group. 
  • Assist the Senior Manager of Inclusion and Diversity with the Americas Mentoring program including onboarding mentors and mentees, sending communications, and monitoring the success of the program.
  • Assist with the rollout of the MyCareer framework across the Americas including project management support, maintenance of all tools, resources, and training materials, and serve as a resource for the HR community around the program. 
  • Manage the administration of the CRH Americas coaching program including onboarding of new coaches, managing the relationship with our vendor partner, Skillsoft, and keeping the HR partners updated on their participants.
  • Assist with the administration of other talent management processes including performance management, talent reviews, and development planning including project management support, maintenance of all tools, resources, and training materials, and serve as a resource for the HR community around these processes. 
  • Assist with the planning and execution of the UP Forum, the early-in-career development program. 
  • May support other projects as needed with the Talent and L&D teams.

 

Other Requirements (some optional)

 

  • Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (focus on: SharePoint, Forms, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of SuccessFactors 
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Facilitation skills (optional)
  • Exposure to meeting or training planning (optional)

 
Experience

 

  • 3 or more years of experience in Talent Management, L&D, or HR

 
Education

 

  • Associate degree – Required; Bachelor's Degree – Desired

 

Location

 

  • Remote – must be able to provide functioning home or remote office

 

Travel

 

  • Approximately 10% annually
