Human Resource Administrator (Belmont, NH)

 

What you will do:

  • Play an instrumental role in attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
  • Collaborate with HR and front-line hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening and onboarding.
  • Supervise employee file maintenance and ensure compliance with record retention policies
  • Actively participate in new hire orientations in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-functioning, fun team environment.

 

What you can expect:

  • Starting salary $50.000 - $55.000 per year, based on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or related role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
