Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed daily production scheduled for assigned area(s) of responsibility
• Assign staff to optimize production efficiency
• Set individual and team goals for staff
• Provide continuous feedback during each shift to staff
• Ensure accurate daily reporting
• Training and coaching of staff
• Conduct regular meetings to address any company matter. Promote feedback from staff
• Ensure efficient relationships with other departments
• Conduct timely annual reviews and evaluations of staff
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and approvals in Kronos for timely payroll processing
• Any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervision or management
• Testing and grading employees in all aspects of extrusion processes
• Assist Extrusion Shift Supervisor, Extrusion Team Leaders, Research and Development Team Members and Extrusion operators as needed
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirements

• 10 years of working experience with 5 years minimum experience of industrial supervision
• College diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong verbal communications (Spanish a plus)
