Role: Summer Construction Position

As a Summer Construction worker, you’ll be the versatile hero of our teams, moving across tasks and picking up a broad skill set in the paving industry. It’s a fantastic opportunity to learn from the ground up and get a taste of different roles within construction.

What You Can Expect:

- The opportunity to work extended hours, including potential night, weekend shifts, and occasional overnights, for those who want to earn more
- Starting rate $21.00/hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift.

What you will do:

· Perform manual labor such as raking and looting.

· Directing and guiding traffic through construction sites when necessary.

· Work closely with the Traffic Coordinator.

· Set up and relocation of construction sign packages, cone placement and general maintenance of arrow and message boards.

Requirements:

- A dedication to safety and promoting a culture of safety among peers
- A team player attitude, ready to help co-workers and supervisors as needed
- Professionalism and a courteous approach to everyone you work with, including co-workers, supervisors, and the general public
- Flexibility to work extra hours, with the possibility of night and/or weekend shifts, as well as overnights
- A valid driver’s license
