Job Summary


The Field Marketing Manager drives regional business objectives through the planning, development, and execution of market specific strategy and tactics to drive the success of products, programs and overall brand perception.  Additionally, the Field Marketing Manager acts as the local marketing liaison between local sales teams and the broader, national marketing and sales operations team. This Field Marketing Manager role supports the Oldcastle APG Company, Northfield, spanning the Midwest States – Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota.



  • Work with national Brand Managers to leverage local market knowledge in creating national and regional campaigns that reflect unique market conditions related to product offering, customer mix, and competitor strategy
  • Provide training and marketing support to both the sales team and external partners on the benefits and implementation of partner programs
  • Support New Product Introduction/Product Managers on all marketing tasks related to both launching new products and eliminating underperforming products 
  • Play an integral part in developing marketing assets and literature alongside the design team – ensure required data is collected and proofing milestones are met
  • Work with Training manager to ensure all company events are planned, promoted, and executed at a high-level working in partnership with local Oldcastle APG business units
  • Monitor brand standards at dealer locations and provide cooperative marketing guidelines and campaign planning assistance to stocking dealers
  • Schedule regular customer visits in partnership with the local sales team to gather customer feedback on products, programs, and overall brand perception
  • Prepare quarterly report outs to company leadership summarizing regional YTD and quarterly campaign performance
  • Annually lead conversations to develop regional strategic briefs on local business-unit strategy and create plan to support.
  • Develop, manage and track local marketing spend
  • Utilize tracking tools, reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar degree
  • 6+ years of marketing experience
  • Ability to partner with internal and external customers
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
