Position Overview


CRH has united the Meadow Burke®, Thermomass®, and Halfen® brands to form a premier provider of construction accessories.  We are searching for an aggressive, results-oriented District Sales Manager to drive sales in Northern CA and NV. This is a home-based position and in this critical role you will service and grow our sales as an individual contributor. You will partner with contractors, fabricators, dealers and the A/E design community to increase demand and specification of our concrete accessory products.  In this fast-paced, growing organization those that are highly motivated and driven by results will have the opportunity to succeed and advance.


  • Assist in developing strategies and tactics that ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to include on-demand forecasting, competitor capabilities, customer profiles, and the next best alternatives
  • Identify and bid all appropriate projects within assigned marketing area and participate in the development of bid strategy for each job 
  • Establish short and long-term goals and strategies in regard to key clients and develop specific action plans to achieve goals
  • Will be responsible for meeting specific sales volumes and profit margin goals
  • Create and maintain Strategic Opportunity and Account plans
  • Communicate effectively with the ability to coach and educate customers, dealers, or inside sales team on products




  • 360° partner with demonstrated history of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal associates
  • 5+ years of high-performance sales experience in the construction industry (experience with rebar fabricators, distributors and concrete contractors preferred)
  • 3+ years experience excelling within territory management preferred
  • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management systems
  • Bachelor’s in Business or an engineering degree preferred
