Our strategic focus as an enterprise on acquisitions and significant organic growth has quickly led to a massive shift toward rapid integration and accelerated delivery as a necessity to the business.   To meet these challenges, we are building an “elite” Data & Analytics team that will welcome the new challenges and embrace the speed at which they come.

The Manager Analytics Portfolio Delivery will partner with IT and business to support the continued growth and success of the enterprise in a robust and cohesive team. To be successful, the candidate will need to demonstrate both business acumen and technological insight around project and program delivery to execute our global data strategy.  The position works closely with the Enterprise PMO team and with the various other teams within IT and the Business.

Reporting within the Data & Analytics team, the role will be responsible for championing and aligning all of the D&A resources to a hybrid standard agile/scrum delivery model for projects, managing purchasing and budget processes for the team and driving standards for the quality assurance function within the Analytics team.  The right candidate will have a PM/Scrum/BA background and be able to seamlessly work across departments and work in highly matrix/agile project teams.  The position reports directly to the Head of Global Data & Analytics.

  • Develop & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within D&A and the Enterprise PMO to ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Support the Budget planning and tracking processes for the D&A department, working with D&A leadership to monitor and adjust throughout the year, as required.
  • Determine appropriate project management tooling and drive best practices and standards across those processes/tools, including a standard intake process for all requests.
  • Drive best practices and standards around quality assurance of the enterprise data warehouse deployments including both code and data quality testing requirements.

  • Experience with agile/scrum/waterfall style project management techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues from geographically distributed teams on all organizational levels.

  • Experience working in fast paced teams, with frequent interactions with senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail oriented with proven ability to grasp the organization's/department’s strategic vision.
