Summary

 

CRH Americas Materials (AMAT) is seeking a Performance Systems Manager to provide overall product management for enterprise-wide construction systems.  Working with minimal supervision, this position will lead and manage the initial implementation and related support of a field performance system and subsequently the modernizing of a market strategy system.  This role requires a high degree of initiative, coordination, and excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders and cross functional partners throughout the entire organization. After system implementation, this position will be responsible for the ongoing product management and relationship ownership of these systems. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in supporting various performance initiatives, data analytics, related training, and documentation development. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Construction Performance. 

 

To be successful, the preferred candidate should be able to effectively work in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment. Proven project, change, and process management experience will be critical for success. Travel will be required, expect periods of up to 75% travel during system implementation.  

 

Role and Responsibilities

 

  • Collaborate with various business leaders to roadmap and manage the implementation of enterprise performance solutions across AMAT companies ensuring successful adoption.
  • Develop, implement, and manage change management plans
  • Develop and/or support the creation and delivery of training content and the related reference documentation
  • Coordinate and own the system maintenance planning and implementation process 
  • Facilitate product enhancements and the development of automation to support user adoption, engagement, and system optimization
  • Keep up to date with the latest standard methodologies and integrations
  • Manages multiple vendor relationships across the performance systems in the areas of technology, support, implementation, and business use
  • Advise and manage stakeholders by reporting on special projects, business challenges and opportunities. 
  • Manage the delivery of research, workshops, and other activities to support project deliverables
  • Identify trends across the company based on data and insights. Provide recommendations to evolve and advance business performance through system optimization.

Qualifications

 

Education:  Bachelor's/University Degree (or comparable work experience)

Preferred experience or field of study:  Construction Management, Finance, Engineering, Systems Implementation, Product Management, Project Management, or related field of experience

Work Experience:  5 or more years

Travel Requirements:  Various, 30-75% travel

Computer Skills:  Technologically savvy, with a full understanding and fluency in relevant computer applications.
