Job Summary
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for Operation Liftoff will play a critical role in ensuring strategic initiatives achieve their intended outcomes by driving employee adoption, engagement, and sustained behavioral change. This role focuses on the people side of transformation—including new processes, systems and technology, and role evolution. The OCM Lead will execute comprehensive change strategies and plans that accelerate adoption, minimize disruption, and maximize value realization, ROI, and operational readiness across the business.
Job Location
This role is open to remote candidates with in the US. Domestic travel up to 25%.
Job Responsibilities
Change Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the execution of OCM strategies, methodologies, and tools that support successful adoption of changes under Operation Liftoff.
- Own the design and deployment of holistic change plans supporting major initiatives within the Oldcastle Infrastructure and CRH project portfolios.
Communications
- Oversee and coordinate clear, consistent, multi-channel communication plans to support deployments.
- Develop key messages, leadership talking points, and slide materials for audiences ranging from field teams to executive leadership.
Training & Capability Development
- Guide the creation of training strategies and content, ensuring alignment with project timelines and business needs.
- Support detailed learning plans, cross-functional collaboration, delivery readiness, and assessment of training effectiveness.
Business Readiness
- Champion Super User engagement and integration into change plans.
- Collaborate with the Business Readiness Team and lead T-minus readiness planning, ensuring risks and change impacts are identified, communicated, and mitigated.
- Analyze readiness data, identify gaps, and recommend targeted improvement actions.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders as they guide their teams through transition.
Launch & Sustainment
- Oversee development and execution of launch and post-launch OCM activities to ensure adoption and stabilization.
- Define ongoing support mechanisms and reinforcement tactics as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with PMO, Functional Teams, and other OCM leaders to ensure consistent application of change methodologies and alignment across deployments.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and learning across the OCM community.
- Support integration of change management activities into project plans and deliverables.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define and support measurement strategies to assess awareness, readiness, understanding, and adoption.
- Use data to recommend adjustments and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong internal client relationships and ensure high-quality stakeholder experiences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in at least two of the following: organizational change management, organizational effectiveness, corporate communications, training, and/or project management.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement practical, business-aligned change solutions.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, user-friendly communication.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30%+, occasionally requiring extended or irregular hours.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Strong consulting skills with the presence to influence senior leaders.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Proven OCM leadership and subject-matter expertise.
- Awareness of continuous improvement principles.
- Change Management Certification (Prosci strongly preferred).
- Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Background in organizational development principles.
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, presenting, and facilitation.
- Experience supporting or leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Compensation
- Salary range of $135,000 to $145,000/year
- 15% annual bonus target
