Purpose of the Role


Owner of the Electronic Procure to Pay (EP2P) Program Management, this includes ownership and maintenance of the project management process (PMP) and coaching of functional leaders within this program regarding the use of the PMP. Purpose is to achieve consistency and a recognizable way of managing change projects as well as ensure knowledge retention across the procurement/finance function and a successful implementation of EP2P across the group.


Key Tasks and Responsibilities (incl. key Stakeholders)


Program Management:


  • Build close and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Program Steering Committee, Procurement, Finance, IT Leadership, HR and third-party suppliers).
  • Leading an agile way of working with project team and SMEs, and best practice PMP to implement E2E implementation of EP2P and process changes
  • Delivering program governance standards are maintained across the project, including SteerCo, Delivery and Reporting
  • Development of (local) PMP including how we work (approach, readiness assessments, implementation of tools and processes, OpCo and supplier onboarding etc.)
  • Ensure consistent level of quality in project management across the program.
  • Follow-up on planning and facilitation of gate reviews across the different (change) projects with the project and stream leads.
  • Maintain a single Program overview for easy reporting to the Leadership teams (GLT/Procurement/Finance/IT/HR) and Global Procurement Council, containing a clear benefit realization plan and ensuring tangible benefits are captured throughout the transformation
  • Coaching of Program team members and stream leads.

  • A dedicated and engaged team player who strongly collaborates with other (Global/Regional) functions in and outside Procurement such as Finance/IT/HR and strives for continuous improvement of our Procurement Operating Model.
  • To be successful in this role you will need to be educated to degree level in either a business, finance or IT related subject and possess proven senior procurement experience gained in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Your extensive experience in program management in an International setting should be complimented by your proven experience in people management. As this is global role with an International remit there will be extensive travel (up to 50%).

Education / Experience


  • He or she is educated to a degree level (Business, IT, Finance)
  • 10 or more years of program management experience in International settings
  • 5 or more years of people management experience 
  • Fluent in English and preferably other languages



Work Requirements


  • Must be 18 years in age or older.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Willingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required.
  • Must be available to travel domestic and international up to 50%
