Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in business analysis, strategic planning, and data interpretation. Job Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Identify and develop market intelligence data sources to help better understand the business environment within our key markets: water, energy, communications and transportation
- Cultivate intelligence for key organizational projects including acquisitions, new product development, major capital projects, significant change initiatives, etc.
- Communicate key insights to senior leadership through presentations, dashboards, reports, etc.
- With cross-functional teams, create executable business strategies to sell solutions within key markets
- Conduct ad-hoc research on discrete market events, develop ‘expert network’ for input & analysis
- Collaborate with Innovation team to analyze and deepen understanding of ‘edge’ opportunities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience (ideally in fields such as market or competitive intelligence, management consulting, etc.)Experience with Microsoft Office applications or similar applications a must
- Experience with databases/data warehouse applications (Snowflake), data automation tools (Alteryx), and business intelligence tools (Tableau) an advantage
