The position of Marketing Coordinator for Oldcastle APG is responsible for strengthening the brand’s image and competitive positioning while accomplishing set KPIs to contribute to overall line of business annual sales goals. The marketing coordinator will work closely with sales, marketing and product development to execute of a multi-year brand strategy as well as annual marketing plans to continually drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion as defined by KPIs. Specific job functions include, but may not be limited to, the following:


Administrative Support


  • Provide administrative support to Sr. Brand Manager
  • Assist with creating reports and presentations for KPI tracking, campaign updates and key initiatives
  • Project management updates and tracking
  • Scheduling monthly and quarterly agency meetings
  • Responsible for internal MARCOM accuracy and reporting for the brand
  • Brand Communications
  • Liaise with property sales & marketing teams to understand needs and develop strategies to meet sales objectives
  • Brainstorm with Sr Brand Managers to outline tactics to achieve sales objectives
  • Liaise with creative agencies, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and project objectives 
  • Assist with development of and monitor adherence to brand standards
  • Assist in various projects as needed, including market research, internal team communications, collateral design and production, digital asset management system maintenance, development of branded video content, scheduling and execution of photo shoots 


Digital Marketing


  • Tracking and executing website updates on an ongoing basis
  • Develop, execute, and track data for branded eblasts
  • Digital campaign tracking and reporting
  • Monitor and partner with Social Media Manager to update branded social media channels, keeping consistent with brand standards
  • Brainstorm opportunities to engage social followers and create virtual brand experiences of a participatory nature
  • Assist in reputation management responses and SEO and SEM campaign support as needed
  • Brainstorm and identify opportunities to drive web-based commerce for the brand 

Education and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in marketing, communications
  • Minimum 2 years brand, marketing or channel experience
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, ability to drive results
  • Foster a spirit of teamwork with an optimistic, supportive attitude
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrated through clear, concise verbal and written communication 
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with guests, team members, external business partners and third-party vendors 
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information 
  • Must be adaptable with ability and willingness to efficiently manage multiple priorities and demands that continuously shift in a dynamic and fast paced environment 
  • Adept in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Travel up to 10%
