Job Summary


Oldcastle Infrastructure is searching for hands on, highly energized Product Manager for our Storm Water products.  This will require hands on support of the network of developers, civil engineers and manufacturing locations while focusing on growth opportunities for existing product and new market segments.


You will be responsible for focused initiatives identifying emerging trends and regulations, developing investment projections around opportunities, researching forward-looking engineering preferences and tracking competitive market movements for the storm water treatment market.


Primary Responsibilities


  • Provide technical and product management support for existing distributors, manufacturing plants and local sales team.
  • Train on technical advantages and selling points, as well as develop process documents for internal and external use.
  • Work with our national engineering team to create tools aimed at simplifying the design process.
  • Develop key performance measures to drive accountability across the network.
  • Performing market research using market data, field studies, focus groups and customer interviews to be used to improve the product and add additional product offerings.
  • Drive consistency across the group by developing best practice in key strategic areas including estimating, design, procurement and manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with our design engineers and sales managers to develop new and improved products and line extensions.
  • Prepare financial projections and forecasts to determine investment payback and capital expenditure requests.
  • Work with creative team to develop supporting marketing communication and promotion plans. 
  • Review progress continually through product life cycle to ensure attainment of objective. 


Minimum Qualifications / Skills


  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree or similar
  • Willing to travel to customer sites and manufacturing locations across US
  • 7+ years related experience in a product management role
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
