Position Overview

 

Oldcastle Infrastructure™, is searching for a highly motivated Project Lead Specialist to support the organization’s growth strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a new team! The Project Lead Specialist, reporting to the Lead Service Manager, will have primary responsibility to search for, qualify, track, and distribute publicly funded project leads, in support of the overall business goals of Oldcastle Infrastructure™.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Project Leads Management

  • Sourcing and researching potential project leads utilizing a variety of online research tools and databases
  • Review project bid documents, material specifications and construction drawings/plans to identify potential for Oldcastle Infrastructure™ products
  • Upload key data into CRM database
  • Report project information and track project status
  • Manage incoming requests from operations and commercial teams
  • Maintain consistent communication with estimators and sales representatives, ensuring that requests are completed and distributed in an anticipated timeframe

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Strong organizational, research and analytical ability  
  • Effective presentation skills. Clearly communicates; written and verbal
  • Occasional travel to project sites and manufacturing plants  

Qualifications

 

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or equivalent
  • 3 years or more experience (ideally in fields such as Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Materials manufacturing)
  • Ability to understand engineered drawings, blueprints
  • Experience in lead generation beneficial but not essential
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
