Position Overview

 

This position will manage the development and delivery of two or more enterprise development programs that prepare high potential leaders for key leadership transitions, as identified in the CRH Career Framework.  This position will be based in the Atlanta, GA office.

 

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

 

  • Draws on best-practice to ensure development is delivered to global standards for modern learning
  • Partners with vendors to develop and co-design a learning curriculum and experience that delivers pragmatic learning outcomes that can be easily applied in the workplace
  • Designs and develops all program aids and support materials for participants, managers, HRs and any external stakeholders, as appropriate
  • Directs and leads program communications in a timely, efficient manner
  • Leads, evolves and manages the annual nomination and calibration processes
  • Sets and drives a critical path and works with internal support and external partners to drive accountability for its execution
  • Works with external suppliers to fulfil all program logistics including, but not limited to coaching, keynote speakers, venues, activities and materials
  • Drives and implements a continuous improvement focus on content, impact and business relevance
  • Leverages leader networks to identify CRH leadership contribution on development programs as directed by
  • Manages program budget and spend
  • Develops and mentors Program Support Officers in line with their development needs
  • Collaborates with other CoEs and functions to integrate relevant content into programs
  • Effectively manages annual audit and corporate reporting submissions
  • Assists with special projects as needed

 

Qualifications

 

Education/Experience

 

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum eight years of relevant experience in managing multiple and diverse projects; progressive experience in leadership development, organization development, or human resources
  • Minimum two years of experience managing project management life cycle
  • Minimum five years of Learning & Development; exposure to Instructional Design / Instructional Theories
  • Experience working in complex, distributed business preferred
  • Excellent consulting skills and experience involving global leadership development strategies and solutions
  • Experience working directly with executive leaders
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
  • Must be expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  Experience with mobile event apps/registration preferred, but not required.

 

Work Requirements

 

  • Must be 18 years in age or older
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
  • Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
  • Willingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required
  • Must be willing to travel (domestic and international) up to 35%

 

Knowledge/Skill Requirements

 

  • Expertise in learning design, with ability to navigate different methodologies and styles as required
  • Ability to present and facilitate sessions where needed
  • Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to build and leverage relationships with stakeholders within and outside CRH 
  • The ability to drive actions and outcomes in a complex environment
  • Pragmatic, self-starter, able to influence and partner with business leaders and HR at all levels
  • Proven ability to lead high performing diverse teams (both virtual and in-tact)
  • Highly motivated by working in ambiguity
  • Change management expertise in mindset and behavior change
