Will be part of an exciting team who will support the business to design Frontline Leadership training to leaders in our operating businesses globally. Key focus for this role is supporting end-to-end program management including designing and developing content and accreditation support. There will be some travel involved in this role


Key Responsibilities


  • Using Instructional Systems Design and Adult Learning principles to design and develop content for new and existing modules of the global program
  • Leading virtual teams to revise & develop content and ensure that best in class learning methodologies are applied
  • Reviewing training materials to take account of local cultural norms as modules are delivered globally
  • Managing tactical solutions within training design (e.g. creation of video, guidelines, eLearning modules, etc.)
  • Creating easy-to-use facilitator guides which are globally applicable and take account of local cultural norms
  • Supporting scalable roll-out
  • Developing an accreditation framework against which existing programs can be measured  
  • Managing communications with local program champions and business leaders Designing and managing evaluation methods for program effectiveness


Key Skills and Attributes


  • Expertise and track record in designing learning interventions using best practices in adult learning and instructional design (ADDIE, Gagne, Bloom's Taxonomy)
  • Demonstrated skill in working in and leading virtual teams
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willing and able to travel


Education & Experience


  • Three (3) or more years' experience in instructional design or educational content development
  • Experience in the design, development, implementation, and management of both online and instructor-led training solutions
  • Prefer Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, business, communications or related field
  • Preferred experience with eLearning authoring tools, specifically Articulate 360
