Superintendent -Project - Construction (Barre, VT)

What you will do:

• Oversee the daily activities of all crews on a construction project
• Utilize knowledge of construction techniques (paving, milling, reclaim) when making decisions
• Effectively lead and manage a team that is productive, safe and efficient at all times
• Seek opportunities to beat costs associated with contracts assigned to you
