Job Summary


Oldcastle Infrastructure is recruiting for a Commercial Operations Manager to lead the internal commercial operations team based for our Great Plains Region, which includes operations in Chicago, Wisconsin, Kansas, and Colorado.

This position reports directly to the Commercial Sales Director. 




  • Lead a team of Project Managers/Leads at the local site level in the Littleton-CO, Platteville-CO, Topeka-KS, Elgin-IL, Romeoville-IL, and Kenosha-WI plant locations.
  • The commercial operations team will be responsible for managing project coordination functions, deliveries, production/drawing reviews, & scheduling, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work in coordination with Sales Management, Production, and Engineering to create and implement strategic processes.
  • Develop and implement customer satisfaction strategies and procedures.
  • Generate and foster relationships with key external customers.
  • Generate an on-boarding training module for incoming employees, along with continuing education programs for existing employees.
  • Obtain and analyze market intelligence to generate strategic growth models with the Sales Management team.
  • Develop improvement processes at the sales/production level.
  • Hold the project management team accountable for plant production and inventory management.




  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5-year previous Operations and/or Customer service experience
  • Ability to manage an internal sales/project management team working in conjunction with production and sales
  • Minimum of 5-years management experience required
  • Travel up to 75%
