  • Climb into cab using handrails to enter.

  • Drive truck to loading location, monitoring various gauges during operation of vehicle.

  • Drive vehicle through scale prior to taking on load.  Driver will need to position tank under loading area.  Cargo will be poured into tanks from a spout, pumped in or dumped into tank from hopper.  Driver needs to open doomed lid on top of the tank prior to entering loading area and after load is complete.

  • Complete paperwork with distributor.

  • Drive vehicle to destination.

  • Attach hoses to truck with clamping system. Open valves to discharge contents of tank.  Discharge the product into storage while observing the hose and connections to ensure there are no leaks or other hazards.  Return discharge hoses to proper storage area.  Return fill caps and covers.  Make certain the product hose that is hooked up to the discharge line matches the type of cement that is being hauled.  If the product hoses are not marked, ask the batch plant operator for assistance.  Discharging a product into the wrong cement silo is very costly.
