Job Summary

 

In this role, your objective is to be responsible for the overall sales functions including (but not limited to) supporting the development of Home Builders, generating new leads, creating new business, building quality relationships with builders, and orchestrating customer appreciation events.

 

  • Responsible for developing and managing relationships with targeted Developers (KB, Pulte, Lennar, Shea, DR Horton) in a CA.
  • Responsible for sales goals and driving business with Builders throughout CA.
  • Responsible for supporting the development and maintaining effective relationships with developers on land acquisitions.
  • Responsible for managing rebates with local builders.
  • Manage Salesforce pipeline and coordinate sales through contractors
  • Monitor and maintain all P.O.P. material for assigned region.
  • Coordinate and implement sales driven programs
  • Maintain weekly communication with all Outside and Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Travel throughout California. 
  • Manage BIA events along with PCBC – Pacific Coast Builders
  • Provide a Home Builder visit summary to management after each visit.
  • Provide a weekly update to management recapping the performance and communication performed each week.
  • Oversee Administrative sales functions for sales program.
  • Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

 

Requirements

 

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school or equivalent in experience, training and education.
  • 5 plus years related experience and or training preferable.
  • Prior experience in block/brick manufacturing industry or related field recommended.
  • Proven sales support expertise.
  • Valid driver’s license and current auto liability insurance.
