Job Summary

 

The Project Lead is responsible for assisting project engineers with administrative tasks including ERP related project requirements, coordination with various teammates and external stakeholders, report writing and supporting the successful execution of a project from order to delivery. Success will require the person to be very organized, communicate well and work in a fast-paced work environment.

 

Job Location

 

  • This role will be based out of our office in Hillsboro, OR.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Enter project data and information to ERP, accurately and efficiently
  • Add/remove/modify materials/parts to project “Bill of Materials” for purchase requisitions and sales order related adjustments
  • Receive parts and kits both in the warehouse and ERP environments
  • Assist in assembly, packaging and shipment of kits and parts
  • Facilitate purchasing requests by raising project requisitions and communicate with Buyer(s), fabricators & suppliers to ensure Purchase Orders are sent & parts delivered on-time
  • Coordinate and track project shipments from supplier to the warehouse and/or to the job-site
  • Communicate with Project Engineers to track, coordinate and report on project milestones in ERP & Tableau
  • Keep project shipping dashboard data up to date
  • Process tasks by reviewing data for accuracy, alerting Project Engineers on discrepancies found
  • Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting changes as needed
  • Attend meetings as required
  • Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job
  • Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
  • Participate in ISO requirements for the business
  • Other warehouse project work related to ERP as required
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as a liaison between project teams, management, clients, and vendors, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and disseminating pertinent information.
  • Team Support: Support project team members and foster positive working relationships

 

 

Job Requirements

  

  • 3+ years experience in similar or related role
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment efficiently to meet tight deadlines
  • SAP experience helpful, but not required
  • Attention to detail to maintain accuracy in crucial project details.
  • Proficient at basic math operation, including reading and understanding fractions and decimals
  • Proficient in Microsoft products
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills both verbally and written to interact with various stakeholders
  • Strong ability to prioritize, follow-up, organize, and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence
  • Must be able to work overtime when needed
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
