The Utility Leadman position is an intermediate-level position reporting to the crew Foreman. The Utility Leadman communicates events, conditions, and issues as they arise while assisting with the direction and oversight of crew members.

Required Experience:
|
One (1) year of pipelaying experience in a heavy civil construction environment. |
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Proficient: --Problem analysis and problem-solving skills --Ability to work well with others at all levels of the organization --Organizational & time management skills --Ability to work under pressure --Interpersonal skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Basic --Written and oral communication skills --Working knowledge of and proficiency with a variety of computer word processing and database software applications |
Preferred Experience:
|
Two (2) years of pipelaying experience in a heavy civil construction environment. |
