Position Overview
This position is responsible for assisiting the purchaing department with IT and maintenance requests. This a regional position, candidates can work remotely from Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Colorado, or New Mexico.
Key Responsibilities(Essential Duties and Functions)
- Proactis Management Console/Proactis/APUI Administrator for the Midwest Region
- ServiceNow IT tickets
- Submit requests for new users in ServiceNow
- Create new and update existing Authorization Rule Groups and Authorization Pools
- Setup Stand-in authorizers
- Proactis issue management
- Support company changes and acquisitions
- Align Proactis ARG’s, employee titles and FAA limits
- Manually maintain proper ARG’s between Proactis and Viewpoint
- Add addresses, tax codes and purchase templates as needed
- Assist purchasing in resolving discrepancies/issues in Proactis system
- Provide monthly transactional purchasing metrics for P2P, BOA and EFT KPI’s
- Provide frontline support for questions related to the purchase process or purchasing systems (Proactis, APUI, OnBase, Viewpoint)
- Create Document Import Utilities (DIU’s) to improve efficiency in the standalone payment process
- Complete credit applications as needed.
- Backup for scheduling hotels with Hotel Engine
- Assist with expedited payment requests and reviews
- Liaison between Purchasing and AP Departments
- Be familiar with supply chain related goods and services being purchased
- Communicate with field personnel, purchasing, category leads and AP on regional items
- Be aware of and drive adoption of sourced programs, as directed, to maximize value to the company
- Assist with new vendor master maintenance processes, new vendors and changes including through adherence to established payment terms and identifying the need for new or updated data
