Location: Oakville, On
Job Responsibilities:
- Review the terms and conditions of the prime contract to ensure risks are identified and meet DCC guidelines.
- Execute prime contract and compliance documents (WSIB, insurance, bonds).
- Generate and execute subcontract agreements.
- Maintain subcontract compliance requirements during the life of the project.
- Review and process invoices within View Point (ERP System) and submit to customers for payment.
- Review and process subcontract payment certificates within View Point (ERP System) and submit to subcontractors.
- Review and process cheque runs.
- Special department projects as required.
- Supporting the project teams by facilitating inquiries and assisting with processing issues.
- Project reconciliations as required.
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary School Diploma in business or accounting, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with View Point or comparable ERP is considered an asset.
- SAP experience an asset.
- Experience within the construction industry is an asset.
- Ability to coordinate and professionally communicate with direct team members, project managers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.
- A high level of customer service is required.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office including intermediate/advanced knowledge of excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks based on changing environments.
