Job Summary


The Field Marketing Manager impacts regional business objectives through the planning, development, and execution of market-specific strategy and tactics to drive the success of products, customer engagement and overall brand perception. Additionally, the Field Marketing Manager acts as the local marketing liaison between local sales teams and the broader, national marketing and sales operations team. This Field Marketing Manager role supports the Oldcastle APG West Companies consisting of Superlite, Amcor, CPM and Sierra.




  • Propels key regional priorities by developing the regional marketing strategy. As a steward of the local business, the Field Marketing Manager owns the process of planning, executing and tracking regional campaign initiatives with the backing of the national brand team and agency partners.
  • Prepare quarterly report outs to company leadership summarizing key performance metrics for national and regional campaigns impacting APG West region.
  • Develop and track annual local marketing budget alongside company leadership and controllers.




  • Promote the APG West existing product offering and drive new product adoption in the market. Play a key role in providing direction to the design team with literature and sales tool development.


Customer Engagement & Programs


  • Locally promote national partner programs to highlight the value of doing business with our brands. Schedule regular customer visits in tandem with the local sales team to gather customer insights and feedback on programs
  • Work with Training Manager to ensure all customer engagement training opportunities are planned, promoted, and executed in market - working in partnership with local Oldcastle APG business units.
  • Guide team in regional event activation for setting goals, activation planning and customer follow up.


Brand Perception


  • Provide marketing and campaign planning guidance to key dealers and contractors in an effort to generate leads and increase sales of Belgard products through cooperative marketing.
  • Monitor brand standards within the market
  • Act as a marketing communications expert in providing best practice guidance to sales teams.




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar degree
  • 3+ years of marketing or sales experience
  • Experience in the building & construction industry preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills – not only written and verbal, but able to effectively influence cross-functionally
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to respond to requests and challenges quickly
  • Adept in MS Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms, like Salesforce.com is preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (when travel restrictions lighten)
  • This role may reside in either Phoenix, AZ or N. Salt Lake City, UT
