Job Summary

As an Amerimix Sales Representative you will be responsible for the overall sales function of selling and servicing a variety of Dry Mix products. This will include generating leads, creating new business, increasing customer orders, and developing customer relationships. As a representative of Oldcastle, you will increase company revenue by growing sales of products within a product category.

Job Location

• This position is located in Arizona and covers the Metro Phoenix/Tucson markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers
• Collaborate closely with customers, including dealers and contractors, to promote, educate and service their Dry Mix needs
• Provide Dry Mix samples, participate in/conduct product demonstrations and job site matching
• Work with customer service team, and directly with dealers and contractors, to ensure orders are appropriately placed
• Maintain relationships with vendors and manufacturing partners that impact our Dry Mix business
• Assist in setting, tracking, and achieving individual and collective team goals
• Participate in educational training and trade events

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, training, and education
• Experience within the masonry and/or construction industry
• Ability to navigate through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
