Responsibilities:

• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, site leadership and team members.
• Coordinates product testing processes.
• Participates in product testing and validates quality processes by ensuring product specifications and quality attributes.
• Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Trains and motivates quality managers, site leadership and team members to ensure that quality standards are met.
• Meets corporate business objectives through mix formulation, BOM audits, AVM audits, industry specifications, costing models and work standardization.
• Develops quality assurance plans by conducting operation analyses and monitoring procedures.
• Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, and compliance audits.
• Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
• Provides inspection activity for products throughout the production cycle.
• Directs quality control inspections and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or field related to the products being developed required.
• 3 plus years of experience in related field required with supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• ACI accreditation is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel up to 60%.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
