Job Description Summary


In this role, you will lead the administrative/HR operations management function for the Recruiting Center including but not limited to offer letter and offer packet development, metrics reporting, background checks and drug screens, maintaining office supplies, and handling new hire orientation




  • Office Management
    • Directly manage a team of two people and foster an environment of continuous improvement 

    • Ensure a high level of sense of urgency, detail and accuracy in everything that comes out of the Recruiting Center

    • Special projects as assigned by the VP of Recruiting including developing PowerPoint presentations

    • Find ways to consistently streamline process and alleviate administrative burden from Recruiters

    • Provide proactive general office management – ordering office supplies, making arrangements for repairs and office improvements, keeping the common areas clean etc.

    • Cultivate team dynamics & culture of the office by conceiving and planning activities such as Lunch & Learns, teambuilding activities, and other fun events to build camaraderie and brand CRH within the community.

    • Manage vendor relationships - ensure appropriate billing codes and efficient payment process

    • Manage Staffing Center invoices, credit card reconciliation and payments – including debt statement charge backs

    • Lead new hire orientation and training. Schedule trainings for new employees, partner with IT to order equipment, and manage setup for new employees before they start.  Off-boarding employees at the Recruiting Center


  • Offer Packets/Background Checks
    • Interface with all field HR teams to develop and maintain up to date offer letters, new hire paperwork and associated company marketing collateral – work with Staffing Managers to seamlessly introduce centralized offer packet process to new groups as appropriate.  Maintain a process document and list of associated HR contacts and procedures for each group.

    • House offer letter templates and make sure Recruiting team is using most recent copy with updated branding information

    • Maintain relationships with the CRH background check vendors, initiate background checks and set up drug tests as needed by respective CRH groups – constantly look for areas to improve efficiency or save cost with the background check process – maintain background check packages

    • Directly handle executive level background checks as needed.

    • Distribute and collect new hire paperwork for employees for the Recruiting Center and process I9’s. 


  • Reporting/Auditing
    • Administer Hiring Manager Satisfaction Surveys, analyze results and summarize quarterly for leadership team – identify any urgent issues and address immediately with VP of Recruitment

    • Compile monthly, quarterly & annual Recruiter metric reports as well as run adhoc reports from the ATS to be reviewed by the VP of Recruitment – assist in the development of the quarterly executive summaries

    • Assist with job posting audits for Exempt postings and update and correct formatting as needed. Follow up with recruiters and managers on issues found.

    • Perform other duties as assigned




  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience working in a Corporate environment or Staffing Agency in an administrative capacity; preferably in a Leadership/Office Manager role.
  • Experience working as a Corporate/Agency Recruiter preferred
  • High level of expertise in Microsoft Office suite including (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with ATS systems and understanding of OFCCP regulations is a plus.  SuccessFactors is a plus
