Job Summary


The National Account Representative will input and manage key information gathered from multiple sources regarding the products we set up with the customer for sale. Pricing, description, UPC and I2of5 codes are a few of the details needed for every product. Help analyze business trends, develop relationships with internal and external customers.  Use advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau to provide an easy to understand interface for end users. Learn to use the customers system to ensure accuracy for ordering and invoicing. Gain an understanding of how our existing internal database works, and occasionally provide updates and maintenance including server, security, and troubleshooting.     


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Generate daily reports summarizing sales, inventory levels, orders, service levels, etc.
  • Manage the product data in our systems and our customers for accuracy.
  • Set up and maintain product level data for all categories
  • Analyze trends in retail sales, inventory, and shipping data
  • Analyze product mix shift with intent of improving profitability
  • Analyze merchandising tests to determine better in-store selling methods
  • Foster relationships with retail teams and operational management team
  • Perform in a high volume work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned




  • Ability to proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers
  • Engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to accurately input data and manage changes that arise.
  • Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse management team
  • Must be very detail oriented.
  • Ability and desire to learn our computer system as well as our customer’s
