Position Summary

In this role, you will manage equipment databases and equipment meters for the Northwest Region by effectively collaborating with various departmental and operational stakeholders. You will participate in everything from tracking and accounting of rental equipment, capital project setup and review, and financial reporting and analysis. Wage Range: $25 - 30/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

  • Manage rental and lease online database by inputting information, ensuring its accuracy, and analyzing final output.
  • Track equipment rental from beginning to end of use in coordination with department staff.
  • Work with procurement, equipment management, and accounts payable on rental equipment purchase orders.
  • Set up jobs and assist with entry and tracking of capital projects for the Northwest Region.
  • Prepare monthly reporting, and ad-hoc reports, and complete financial analysis of data for senior management review.
  • Complete equipment accounting tasks relating to expense, revenue, and accruals.
  • Set up equipment in CMMS and Viewpoint.
  • Responsible for equipment meter processing to include input, tracking, review, and corrections utilizing computer programs and Excel.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with members of operations and accounting to ensure accurate information is received and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Assure the assigned daily operations are carried out in accordance with established accounting principles, policies, and objectives.
  • Strict adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley and company policies.
  • Support and promote an inclusive work environment.

  • Other duties as assigned by management and as business needs dictate.



Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting business, finance, or closely related field.
  • Proficient computer skills required to include ERP software, Word, Outlook. 
  • Advanced Excel skills required including queries and formulas.
  • Knowledge of accounting policies and procedures for GAAP and IFRS.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational skills required.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Accounting experience or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Manufacturing or construction accounting background a plus.
