About the Role
As a Concrete Laborer, you’ll join a safety-oriented team working on diverse construction projects. Your contribution will be vital to our success—and you’ll be recognized for your dedication and hard work.

Promote and maintain a safe work environment at all times.

Follow safety policies, and OSHA/MSHA regulations, using appropriate tools and equipment.

Perform physical tasks including stretching, bending, lifting, squatting, pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Shovel dirt, stone, and asphalt; handle materials, tools, and supplies to complete tasks efficiently.

Assist with traffic control, cleaning, equipment maintenance, and other site duties as needed.

Collaborate with managers and co-workers, actively contributing to a positive team environment.

Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, showing flexibility and initiative.

Valid documentation for I-9 Immigration requirements.

I am willing to travel, work away from home, and adapt to varying schedules (including nights, weekends, and overtime).

Comfortable working outdoors in extreme temperatures.

Minimum age of 18 years due to safety-sensitive requirements.

Team player with a proactive approach to assisting others and taking on new challenges.
Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous experience in construction or related fields preferred—but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform tasks involving physical agility.
- Regularly sit, climb, and use hand signals or equipment; occasionally stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, stoop, crouch, or reach above shoulder height.
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs as needed.
- Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions.
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposed to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments.
- Must have specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, to operate equipment safely.
