Position Overview 


This position is responsible for leading and overseeing enterprise-wide Talent Development programs, designing and executing the organization's global talent development strategy. This role works closely with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition, and HR Managers to conceptualize, design, and implement scalable talent solutions and/or programs in alignment with the organization's business goals and strategy. This role requires the ability to function as a leader driving the talent development vision with a clear understanding of business performance needs, organizational objectives, and performance management.


Focus & Areas of Responsibilities


  • Develop solutions to drive organizational performance to further drive a culture of career growth, talent mobility and engagement
  • Create tools and resources to support the creation and execution of individual development and talent plans that both support individual career growth and build organizational effectiveness
  • Develop content & facilitate workshops centered around talent development and organizational processes
  • Leveraging existing tools and vendors and making recommendation for partners that align with L&D strategy and goals including employee skill development curriculum
  • Partner with the HR organization to drive enterprise programming to include Performance, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, and nominations for Enterprise Leadership programs
  • Analyze training data to identify learning opportunities, develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs


Requirements / Education / Experience


  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in training, teaching, learning and development, mentoring, coaching, developing talent in any capacity preferred
  • Successful project management experience leading complex projects and project teams and working effectively across several businesses
  • Proven ability to initiate, own, lead, manage, and execute programs and deliverables on a national scale preferred
  • Strong passion for helping others grow
  • Experience in designing and delivering learning and individual development strategies in large, complex organizations preferred.
