Diversity & Inclusion Learning Specialist

CRH is looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Learning Specialist. The goal of this role is to support key projects within the global leadership function, with a  particular emphasis on working with the Chief Inclusion Diversity Officer to design training solutions. Being mobile and able to travel to support and deliver on key initiatives is a critical component of this role.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the design of inclusive leadership, unconscious bias modules which could be delivered at various levels of the organization;
  • Investigate and recommend online tools and best practices which would support follow-up to classroom based learning;
  • Facilitate workshops regarding Diversity & Inclusion and organize best practice sharing sessions, both virtually and in-person;
  • Lead a detailed ‘As Is’ analysis of global training provided within the various divisions and functions within CRH;
  • Build a library of commonly used tools, techniques, offerings which could be turned into scalable, digital offerings;
  • Lead a collaborative process which enables Human Resource Directors, Business Leaders, Learning professionals in CRH to identify a shortlist of providers for key initiatives (onboarding, Inclusion & Diversity etc).

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Learning design expertise across a number of dimensions, senior management coaching, classroom based workshops, scalable e-learning solutions
  • You are delivery focused, with a proven track record of collaborating virtually and in-person to support delivery of a common objective
  • Passionate about Diversity & Inclusion and how development of people
  • Experience in working with 3rd party suppliers;  
  • Excellent collaboration skills and are comfortable in working with a high level of detail;
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to turn detail into insights;
  • Previous experience of producing materials for senior stakeholder meetings (presentations, papers etc) is an asset, as well as working within a matrix structure in a remote team setting;
  • Ready for a degree of travel required in order to perform the role effectively (around once a month, although this can fluctuate).

This role can be executed in Amsterdam or Dublin.
