Scope

The HR Specialist – Early Careers Programs supports the delivery of early‑career development initiatives, including apprenticeship, internship, graduate pathways, and dual‑education programs. The role contributes to strengthening the talent pipeline through PMO support, coordination with educational institutions, and involvement in broader HR projects. It suits a proactive, detail‑oriented individual eager to grow in HR project support, Early Careers development, and dual vocational education initiatives.


Responsibilities

Early Career Development Programs

  • Support needs analysis and preparation of materials related to early‑career initiatives.
  • Coordinate learning pathways for apprentices, interns, graduates, and dual‑education participants, ensuring logistics, communication, and schedules are aligned.
  • Provide administrative support to HRBPs and local HR teams for early‑talent learning programs.
  • Prepare, localize, and maintain program resources and learning materials.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and delivery of all Early Careers initiatives.

Partnerships with Educational Institutions

  • Assist in building relationships with universities, faculties, high schools, and vocational institutions.
  • Support the promotion of Early‑to‑Career opportunities in academic and school environments.
  • Coordinate employer branding and outreach activities such as career fairs, university events, and school‑level dual‑education engagements.
  • Prepare and adapt promotional materials for student and institutional audiences.
  • Maintain visibility, consistency, and continuity in academic partnerships.

HR Projects & Operational Support

  • Provide project management support across HR initiatives, including planning, tracking, and documentation.
  • Follow up on timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Prepare project materials such as trackers, meeting notes, presentations, and status updates.
  • Coordinate communication and meetings with HR project stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent use of HR tools, processes, templates, and PMO standards.
  • Contribute to preparing internal HR materials and reports.

Requirements

Professional Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, Business, or related fields (or final‑year student / recent graduate).
  • Experience in Early Careers programs, dual education programs, L&D, or general HR is an advantage.
  • Initial experience or strong interest in L&D, Early‑to‑Career programs, HR operations, or youth development initiatives.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities while respecting timelines.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail when handling data and documentation.
  • Basic knowledge of HR or learning processes; openness to learn HR systems and practices.
  • Familiarity with digital tools (LMS, MS Office, collaboration platforms).
  • English B2+ level.
  • Driver's Licence is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel for university events, school partnerships, career fairs, and dual‑education activities.
