JOB MISSION:

We are currently seeking a motivated Master’s student or a final-year student to join our Procurement team as an intern for a 6 12-month period, with the possibility of extension. The role is similar -Junior Buyer and offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the procurement field. While previous experience is not required, any relevant experience, such as internships or practical work in procurement, would be a plus. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, pay attention to detail, be proficient in Excel, enjoy preparing presentations, be analytical, and possess good negotiation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Procurement Activities:

• Assist with the procurement process, including vendor selection and negotiations.
• Take a lead for e-catalogues implementation into SAP ( create items, match plant and items, update purchase info records, etc )

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Assist in data analysis and preparation of procurement reports and presentations.

Supplier Communication:

• Communicate with suppliers to gather quotes, follow up on orders, and resolve issues.

Purchase Order Management:

• Support the creation and management of purchase orders and follow up delivery schedules.

Market Research:

• Assist in market research to identify potential suppliers and better understand market trends.

SKILLS REQUIRED

KNOWLEDGE & PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights.
• Ability to prepare clear and professional presentations.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Good negotiation skills or willingness to develop them.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
