Scopul rolului
HR Generalist Jr. ofera suport operational in procesele de administrare de personal si payroll, asigurand mentinerea corecta si actualizata a datelor angajatilor, pregatirea documentelor de personal si a inputurilor necesare procesarii salariilor, in conformitate cu legislatia muncii si procedurile interne.
Responsabilitati
- Intocmeste si gestioneaza documente de personal pe tot ciclul de viata al angajatului (CIM, acte aditionale, decizii, dosare de angajare).
- Inregistreaza si actualizeaza angajari, modificari si incetari in REGES/Revisal si in sistemele interne.
- Asigura suport in procesele de onboarding si offboarding (documente, conturi, evidente administrative).
- Colecteaza, verifica si introduce inputuri salariale (pontaje, concedii, bonusuri, retineri).
- Ofera suport in verificarea statelor de salarii si in activitatile de inchidere lunara.
- Realizeaza raportari administrative si de payroll simple pentru furnizori, financiar si audit.
- Raspunde solicitarilor de baza ale angajatilor privind salarii, documente si proceduri administrative.
Competente
- Studii superioare finalizate, preferabil in domeniul economic, juridic, psihologie sau sociologie.
- Cunostinte bune de Microsoft Office, in special Excel.
- Atentie ridicata la detalii si abilitati bune de organizare si prioritizare.
- Abilitati de comunicare si lucru in echipa, orientare catre suport intern.
- Capacitate de a gestiona informatii confidentiale cu responsabilitate.
- Cunostinte de legislatie a muncii constituie un avantaj.
- Limba engleza la nivel intermediar.
- Permis auto (de preferat)
