- Prepare and maintain daily job cost reporting to support accurate profit and loss tracking across projects
- Reconcile GPS tracking data, haul tickets, and vendor invoices to ensure accurate job costing and timely resolution of discrepancies
- Support logistics and material tracking processes, ensuring alignment between field activity and financial records
- Assist with AP/AR processing, including broker pay, vendor payments, and customer billing support
- Prepare and distribute operational and financial reports to support field leadership and business decisions
- Partner with operations and accounting teams to identify and resolve cost variances and improve data accuracy
- Assist with project setup and maintenance in the accounting system to ensure proper cost tracking from project start to completion
- Maintain compliance with CRH financial policies, internal controls, and SOX requirements
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts across regions in support of scalable operations

Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to cross-train and support multiple functions during peak construction season
- Experience in an administrative, accounting, or operations support role, preferably in construction, logistics, or a related industry
- Familiarity with job costing, AP/AR processes, and invoice reconciliation preferred
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced, field-supported environment
- Effective communication skills with the ability to partner across operations, logistics, and accounting teams
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, including overtime or weekend support during peak season

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required); experience with Viewpoint or similar systems is a plus

- Familiarity with asphalt paving, road construction, sitework, or civil infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of prevailing wage, certified payroll, and state/federal transportation agency requirements.
- Regularly required to sit and/or stand during a work shift of at least eight hours per day, on uneven surfaces, including natural ground and slopes in varying weather conditions.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, based on project needs and demands.
