We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Accounts Receivable Team. This position is responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of production tickets, materials invoices, and related reconciliations, as well as performing general accounting duties as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of intermediate accounting principles to process, analyze, and reconcile production tickets, materials invoices, and other documentation related to production purchases.
- Ability to process production tickets, materials invoices, and stone inventory in a timely manner according to Company Accounting Procedures.
- Proficiency in various computer applications, with strong preference for candidates skilled in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to answer incoming calls and assist internal and external customers professionally and efficiently.
- Ability to adhere to the Company Attendance Policy to ensure consistent office operations.
- Consistent ability to maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with co‑workers, customers, and the public.
- Adhere to Company's Code of Business Conduct.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co‑workers or supervisors with additional responsibilities as needed.
Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position:
- Ability to sit for extended periods and use fingers and hands for keypunching, calculator operation, and other data‑entry‑related tasks.
- Ability to bend and squat as necessary for filing and document organization.
- Hearing and speaking abilities are sufficient to communicate effectively and professionally in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Adequate vision to read production papers, contracts, and various accounting documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Additional physical activities may include twisting, reaching, standing, and walking; these may be modified to meet individual needs as reasonable accommodations.

Education/Experience
- Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred, with the ability to interpret and apply verbal and/or written instructions in English.
- Previous related experience in administrative support is required.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer and data entry skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
