Job Summary

This position is responsible for prepping material, assembly, glazing, saw operations and packing as well as any other duties which may be assigned.



  • All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production
  • Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure and calipers
  • Use of hand tools such as drill guns in glazing process
  • Good teamwork and communication skills with co-workers and supervisors
  • Able to work a flexible schedule - 1st with overtime when needed (Saturdays and Sundays) and before or after normal shift hours
  • Experience in Manufacturing or Construction is preferred, prior window manufacturing experience a plus
  • Regular and predictable attendance, ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures, including Critical Safety Rules, are essential functions of your job

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, twist, walk, and reach frequently up to 12 hours a day
  • Must be able to do repetitive motions (drilling, cleaning, and application of fasteners)
  • Ability to grasp or squeeze small parts and large items
  • Visually Inspect aluminum for various quality flaws
  • Proper wear of all required Personal Protective Equipment
  • Temperatures consistent with same outdoor climate conditions of the region (Heat, humidity, etc.)
