About the role


We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Collaboration Service Manager to join our IT team based in Amsterdam. 

The role will provide high quality operational and technical support for our Office 365 Platform. It will ensure that the platforms is maintained up to date and also ensure the company is leveraging as much as possible the toolset available within O365. It is also responsible for developing the roadmap for the platform and managing it into the live environment while maintaining best in class reliability of the platform and service quality. The role will work closely with peers from the Operations team to maximise the integration with other components, enhance the automation of processes and develop and promote the user Self Service approach. It will also work closely with Architects and leaders to influence the strategic roadmap of the platform.


Main responsibilities


In this role you'll:


• Manage vendors and outsources team to deliver effective and efficient services

• Maintain and evolve the service catalogue in line with new processes and tools

• Operationalise new tools and functionality in line with our vendor roadmaps • Monitor and manage the Collaboration budget and ensure services are recharged to OpCos in accordance with Finance and Controlling

• Create monthly KPI reports for key stakeholder

• Optimise services, improve resolution times, standardise our offerings through the implementation of automation

• Continuously improve processes in line with the business needs, new functionality and security & compliance

• Manage the Collaboration Training academy and maintain training and end user communities • Drive the comms, adoption and engagement strategy across CRH, working with the relevant supporting teams

• Drive security and compliance (GDPR) initiatives across the O365 platform

• Lead and coordinate M&A activities from a Collaboration perspective


This position requires to be part of the monthly standby duty covering the Office 365, 13 days per year maximum.


Experience & qualifications


To be successful in this role you'll need:


• Deep expertise in cloud collaboration Services (Office 365).

• Excellent coordination skills and the ability to create and rollout rodmaps of the products

• Demonstrable experience in workshop design, preparation and leadership

• An excellent working knowledge of ITIL with a strong focus on service quality management

• A developed focus on integration & standardization (challenging the non standard requests)

• Good inter-personal skills facilitating cooperations with the operating companies.

• Supplier Management & Financial Management experience


• Required Education: Degree level or other relevant education.

• Significant experience in IT management. Desirable: ITIL / Project mgmt methodology

• Experience in Large scale Cloud platform Service Owner in complex organization

• Experience of driving operations to support IT and/or business processes

• Language: English (fluent) Desirable: Second European language (preferred)
