Position Overview  

We are looking for a Global Frontline Leadership Coordinator to join us in our office in Amsterdam from January to August 2022.

The successful candidate will be part of a small, dedicated project team who will support the business to deliver frontline leadership training to leaders across CRH globally. The Global Frontline Leadership Programme develops behaviours which enable safer workplaces in CRH.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for a number of tasks including: 

  • Planning and coordinating the logistics for the Global Leadership Development Program
  • Ensuring best in class support to Operating Companies around the world
  • Arranging logistics for domestic and international events
  • Preparation of communications to support successful program initiatives and updates
  • Maintaining project trackers and records of team meetings
  • Liaising and co-ordinating with 3rd party suppliers as required
  • Providing ad-hoc support for CRH online tools to support the delivery of programs
  • Creating and maintaining surveys with Microsoft Forms and providing accurate reporting
  • Managing the Global SharePoint site
  • Preparing and editing presentations and communications
  • Providing administrative support to the team as required

 

Key Functional Competencies and Relevant Experience

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a well organised and detailed approach to your tasks.

Ideally, you will be comfortable working in a changing environment, that may give way to a degree of ambiguity. You will have proven relationship building skills and be comfortable working virtually with your globally based colleagues and suppliers. Naturally your Office 365 skills will be well-developed. Experience in project coordination is an asset.
