Position Overview
HR is currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to provide guidance and an advisory service to our managers, employees, and to ensure smooth running of HR operations. You’ll be responsible for responding to both employee and manager queries regarding HR processes and services, as well as performing activities related to the full employee life-cycle. Working in partnership with HR Business Partners, the wider HR team, management and other key stakeholders, this role will provide you with an opportunity to join the head office of a well-established global organization.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the Payroll Specialist to manage the smooth execution of the monthly payroll, seeking relevant management approvals where required
- Act as the point of contact for vendors (occupational health provider, flu vaccine, etc) and manage the associated administration
- Handle operational tasks such as work permit applications, promotions, transfers, restructures, internal communications, leavers & exit interviews, including inputting accurate people data to our HR information systems and auditing for accuracy
- Ensure HR Personnel Files are accurate and up to date in line with GDPR guidelines
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, addendums, renewals & onboarding documentation through DocuSign
- Schedule and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
- Coach and guide management on all aspects of leading people including Performance Management, all types of leave, HR policies and procedures
- Support various HR projects and initiatives such as managing HR System integrations and various functionality enhancements

Key Functional Competencies
You possess the following:
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, MS Outlook and PDF are essential
- Demonstrable skill in attention to detail
- Process improvement mind set
- Fluency in English. Additional capability in Dutch would be an advantage
Experience/Education
You are/have:
- 1 years or more experience within a HR/payroll function
- Relevant HR qualifications or studying towards required
