Position Overview 

CRH is looking for an IT Project Manager. The role will be expected to lead a variety of technology projects covering Infrastructure, Security and Applications.

The IT Project Manager will build a broad range of relationships throughout European IT and CRH Operating Companies to ensure projects are both technically and operationally delivered for CRH.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the relationships with stakeholders at all levels throughout the organization
• Responsible for providing leadership to project teams across Europe
• Responsible for ensuring projects are communicated clearly to stakeholders
• Assisting the business to clearly define project requirements and scope
• Align projects with internal processes e.g., cost management, CAB
• Ensure project momentum is always maintained
• Responsible for aligning all projects with the CRH project methodologies
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Measure and report on project performance and status
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget

Travel expectations: Some travel (20%) is expected in this role.

Your Education and Experience

• 5 years of IT Project Management experience
• University degree or equivalent in Information Technology
• Project management accredited e.g., Prince 2
