The Graphic Designer produces 3D renders, textures, and visual materials to support product development and go-to-market activities, working closely with R&D, Marketing, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and manage textures (materials, colors) and seamless files for 3D applications.
  • Model and produce realistic 3D renders of products in real-life settings.
  • Design templates, posters, and other graphic materials (presentations, marketing, R&D).
  • Support internal/external printing and image processing.
  • Ensure deliverables follow design guidelines and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with internal clients and suppliers.

 

Candidate profile

  • College diploma/degree in Graphic Design (or related field) and 2–4 years of experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • 3D knowledge: Unreal, Blender, Substance (or equivalents) and photogrammetry.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office; knowledge of photography and print processes.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken/written); detail-oriented, organized, autonomous, analytical.
  • Portfolio required.

 

 

Job Description: Technical Profile

  • Manage the texture database (materials, colors, etc.).
  • Create seamless texture files for 3D applications.
  • Model optimized 3D geometry.
  • Create realistic scenes to showcase how our products are used.
  • Create paving/brick installation patterns for new products.
  • Create presentation templates, posters, and other graphic documents.
  • Create 3D renders of new products in application settings.
  • Provide support for internal and external printing.
  • Ensure all work complies with design guidelines and brand standards.
  • Respond to R&D and Marketing requests for renders, image processing, and materials requiring graphic support.
  • Work as a team with internal clients and suppliers.

 

Requirements:

  • College diploma or vocational diploma in Graphic Design, or in arts/media related to 3D design.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience.
  • Strong experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Good knowledge of Unreal, Blender, Adobe Substance Suite, or similar software.
  • Good knowledge of photogrammetry.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good knowledge of photography.
  • Good knowledge of print processes (proofing).
  • Fluent in French and English, spoken and written.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Portfolio required.
