Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior FP&A / Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on business intelligence, data analytics, and dashboard development.
Reporting to the VP, FP&A, the analyst will work closely with Finance and cross-functional partners to help transform financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, building reports, and learning how finance supports business decision-making at a corporate level.

Job Responsibilities
- Support the corporate FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare and analyze financial and operational metrics, helping to identify trends, risks, and variances
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual analyses (charts, graphs, KPIs) to summarize business performance
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for leadership and executive reviews
- Support financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) used for planning and forecasting
- Help translate data into clear insights and commentary, supporting the “story behind the numbers”
- Assist with weekly and monthly forecasting and reporting processes, including variance analysis
- Develop a working understanding of manufacturing operations, cost drivers, and production variances
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and other teams by providing data-driven analysis and reporting support
- Perform ad hoc analyses and data requests to support Finance leadership and business stakeholders
- Support analysis of working capital, fixed overhead spend, and key cost drivers
- Help improve reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and automation through better use of BI tools and analytics
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in FP&A, finance, analytics, or a related role (internship experience welcome)
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Experience or strong interest in business intelligence and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar)
- Ability to organize, analyze, and visualize data to support business insights
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in manufacturing, construction, or operationally driven environments preferred
- MBA or advanced degree a plus, but not required
