Transformation Portfolio Manager

CRH Europe is embarking on a bold digital transformation – and we're looking for a Transformation Portfolio Manager who’s ready to take the reins and shape the future. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in leading a diverse portfolio of critical projects, influencing senior stakeholders, and delivering meaningful outcomes across our organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and manage a dynamic portfolio of strategic IT Infrastructure transformation projects aligned to our business objectives.
- Allocate and optimise resources effectively across projects to drive success and efficiency.
- Prioritise initiatives to deliver the greatest business impact – from day-to-day enhancements to high-stakes M&A integrations.
- Track performance and outcomes with clarity and confidence – making the data work for you and your stakeholders.
- Spot risks before they become roadblocks and take action to mitigate them swiftly.
- Champion best-in-class PMO practices and uphold delivery excellence across the board.
- Collaborate and influence at every level – ensuring projects land well and deliver the change we want to see.
- Lead the charge in increasing user adoption, engaging stakeholders with impactful communication and change management.

Your Experience & Skills:
- Extensive experience in IT Infrastructure and technology-enabled transformation.
- Proven success managing large-scale portfolios in complex organisations (bonus points for federated or matrix environments!) relating to mergers and acquisitions.
- Demonstrated ability to influence across functional and geographical boundaries.
- Familiar with construction materials or industrial manufacturing? Even better.
- Certified in Prince2, PMP or similar? We like your style.
- Fluent in English – another European language is a plus.
