Job Summary

Responsible for manufacturing dies and sizing systems from print to production using both manual, CNC Wire EDM, and CNC milling machines.

Job Responsibilities

• Adjust processes to ensure machines are running efficiently
• Update time logs
• Set-up and run wire EDM and/or CNC mills
• Manufacture new parts for dies, sizers, and punch tooling etc.
• Repair of damaged tooling
• Repair of damage mechanical equipment for all departments
• Work in a team atmosphere
• Available to work 1st, 2nd, 3rd
• Available to work overtime if needed
• Maintain a neat and orderly work environment
• Ability to operate manual machine shop equipment, lathes, surface grinders and mills.
• Support production needs to maintain 24/7 schedule.

Job Requirements

• Technical School Degree or Apprentice Certificate
• Min. 4 years machine shop with CNC equipment experience
• Manual Machine experience
• Familiar with SolidWorks
• Ability to program wire EDM and horizontal mills with DP Esprit software
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
