PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Purchase & Inventory Executive is responsible for planning and coordinating inventory and purchasing activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining accurate records and SAP B1 updates, and supporting smooth procurement and logistics operations to meet business and operational requirements.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Issue purchase orders and closely monitor the delivery and receipt of goods to ensure timelines are met.
- Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors for services and deliveries, ensuring smooth follow-up and timely completion.
- Arrange and coordinate logistics and transportation for both local and overseas purchases.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock timely to maintain efficient stock availability.
- Plan purchase orders and consolidate shipments where possible to improve cost efficiency
- Maintain and update purchasing records and system data, including pricing, lead time, supplier information, and product details.
- Support in handling claims related to defective, short, or missing items with suppliers and factories.
- Manage and support daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory movement and storage.
- Maintain proper filing, inventory records, and documentation accurately.
- Prepare procurement and inventory-related reports as required.
- Check and receive incoming goods, spare parts, and raw materials.
- It is not possible to enumerate all duties, but your scope cover overall procurement, purchasing, inventory, and warehouse-related activities as assigned.

KEY FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or other related fields-
- Relevant working experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, inventory, or supply chain coordination would be an advantage.
- Experience in issuing purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and monitoring stock levels.
- Familiar with inventory planning and logistics coordination
- Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP B1 knowledge would be an advantage).
- Able to maintain proper purchasing records and documentation accurately.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
