We are actively looking for our future SAP CX Lead, where you will turn our accumulated manufacturing, fabrication, supply of glazing systems insights into action to drive our business via our Go To Market platform across U.S. and Canada. This position is a fast-paced, customer/digital focused experience delivery role. Being in-touch with various aspects of the Building Materials industry, working across regional and global business teams, and passion for the architecture and building material industry and related technologies is key to success.

 

The SAP CX Lead is responsible to drive interest, engagement, and business transformation through the execution of Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce strategies both onsite and via external marketing channels for the Building Materials business in the U.S. and Canada.

 

This role will be part of the SAP Implementation Team, working in close partnership and reporting to the OBE GTM IT Director, Marketing, Sales and Operations Teams, and playing an important role in defining the GTM roadmap and related tools (SAP CX, others). This position will work as part of a multi-functional team organized around the key channels which include Marketing, Customer Experience, Sales, Operations and Quote-To-Invoice.

 

Here’s What You’ll Get to Do:

  • This position will be focused on the SAP CX implementation including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, CDC Customer Data Cloud. Helping deliver the technology that will enable AG/AGS GTM excellence execution.  You will be involved in all aspects of the enablement of the SAP CX implementation, including participating in best business practices validation and tools adoption workshops as well as facilitating training & change management.  Post SAP CX implementation you will be expected to lead continuous improvements in the GTM space across OBE.
  • Experience leading and implementing SAP CX framework in a green field environment. Extensive knowledge of the tools and their integration to S/4HANA and other third-party tools.
  • Extensive knowledge of working with System Implementers and ensuring delivery excellence across all aspects of the project: data, interfaces, architecture, testing, deployment.
  • Ability to work with multiple business units in identifying business transformation opportunities across sales, marketing, and e-commerce domains. Significant experience with collaboration across business units and designing a solution with one OBE as the future state. 
  • IT Leadership experience with 5+ years in large scale S/4HANA and SAP CX implementation is critical to be successful in this role. In particular, understanding the end-to-end design between QTI and SAP CX solutions and third-party tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to identify technical design challenges and engage solutions architects, data leads, SMEs, SAP, and internal/external IT to work towards a resolution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline SAP CX workflows and maximize production efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are necessary.

 

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

 

  • 4-year degree preferred; advanced degree a plus
  • Prior SAP CX implementation experience with proven results of successful implementation and adoption.
  • Open and accessible management style, with the ability to consistently achieve positive results and collaborate across the team
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the GTM strategies, CRM landscape and KPI's, digital marketing, with the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems successfully
  • Ability to effectively resolve competing priorities for Product Category/Brands team, and other functions
  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix and changing environment
  • Flexibility to travel as required
