Job Summary

 

US Mix Production Workers are responsible for safe and efficient packaging and palletizing in the production process.  Duties include assisting with the start-up, operation and cleaning of the equipment and work area.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Package and palletize cement related products

  • Transport products to warehouse storage via forklift

  • Clean equipment and work area

  • Meet established productivity goals

  • Identify and report safety, quality and efficiency concerns
  • Follow instructions from Production Operators

 

Job Requirements

 

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Ability to work in manufacturing facility with exposure to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, forklifts and noise.
  • Occasional ability to climb stairs and ladders

  • Frequent ability to lift and gather bags weighing up to 100 lbs.

  • Constant work performed while standing

  • Constant good manual dexterity, multi-limb coordination and stamina

Compensation

 

  • Hourly pay rate $25-$27/hour

  • Paid Time Off - 120 hours per calendar year (pro-rated in first year)
  • 401k plan​
